Norodom Buppha Devi was a Cambodian princess, dancer, director of the Royal Ballet of Cambodia, senator, and Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, who lived from 8 January 1943 to 18 November 2019. She was the daughter of King Norodom Sihanouk and Neak Moneang Phat Kanhol, the elder sister of Prince Norodom Ranariddh, and a half sibling of King Norodom Sihamoni.
