Loretta Pettway (1942 to 2026) was an American quilter and member of the Gees Bend quilting collective of Boykin, Alabama. She was recognized for a bold and improvisational quilting style, and her quilts were featured on United States postage stamps in 2006. She received a 2015 National Heritage Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts, and her work is held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
