La Circassienne au Bain is a Neoclassical oil painting by the French artist Merry-Joseph Blondel, completed in 1814 and first shown at the Paris Salon that November, depicting a life-sized nude Circassian woman bathing in an idealized classical setting. The painting was being shipped aboard the RMS Titanic when it sank in 1912 and has never been recovered; a surviving passenger's claim for its loss, valued at 100,000 dollars, was described as the most highly valued single item of luggage or cargo lost in the disaster.
