Chez Tortoni is a small oil painting by Edouard Manet, dated to roughly the mid-to-late 1870s, showing an unidentified gentleman seated at a table at the Cafe Tortoni in Paris with a partly filled glass of beer beside him as he draws in a sketchbook. The painting was stolen in the 1990 theft at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston and remains missing, with a ten million dollar reward still offered for its return along with the other items taken that night.
