The Youth of Moses, also called The Trials of Moses, is a fresco painted in 1481 and 1482 by the Italian artist Sandro Botticelli and his workshop for the Sistine Chapel in Rome. It compresses several episodes from the early life of Moses drawn from the Book of Exodus into a single composition, arranged on the chapel wall to parallel a facing scene of the temptations of Christ.
