The Parnassus is a fresco by the Italian Renaissance artist Raphael, painted between 1509 and 1511 in the Stanza della Segnatura of the Raphael Rooms in the Apostolic Palace in the Vatican, commissioned by Pope Julius II. It depicts Mount Parnassus, the mythological home of Apollo and the Muses. The fresco is one of four Raphael painted in the room, alongside the Disputation of the Holy Sacrament.
