Charles Ormond Eames Jr. (1907 to 1978) was an American designer, architect and filmmaker who, in professional partnership with his wife Ray-Bernice Kaiser Eames, made groundbreaking contributions in the fields of architecture, furniture design, industrial design, manufacturing and the photographic arts. His work with Eames is remembered chiefly for furniture and industrial design rather than architecture alone, a multi-facet figure under ruling 759 rather than a pure architect.
