Untitled (Head) is a 1982 drawing by the American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, an outburst of vivid color that is reminiscent of an African mask. It was created during a period when Basquiat was being recognized by the establishment for the first time, after his shift from street to studio. It sold for fifteen point two million dollars at Sotheby's Contemporary Art Evening Auction in June 2020, a new auction record for a Basquiat work on paper and the highest price Sotheby's had ever achieved for a work sold to an online bidder.
