Annunciation with Two Kneeling Donors is an Italian Renaissance painting by Filippo Lippi, dated to between 1440 and 1445. Like other paintings of the Annunciation, it shows the angel Gabriel's announcement to the Virgin Mary, here accompanied by the two kneeling donor figures named in its title. The composition pivots around the Virgin, who occupies the centre of the scene in blue robes, and the two unidentified donors are shown kneeling at natural size, which was a relatively new stylistic feature. The panel is held in the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica at the Palazzo Barberini in Rome.
