Dhruva Mistry, born in 1957 in Kanjari, Gujarat, is an Indian sculptor working across bronze, stone, steel and fiberglass whose public commissions include a set of large sculptures at Victoria Square in Birmingham, England, completed in 1993. His works are held in major public collections including the Tate Gallery and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and he was elected a Royal Academician and awarded an honorary CBE in 2001.
