An eighteen-by-fifty-foot street mural on San Julian Street in the Skid Row neighborhood of Los Angeles, painted in 2014 by community activist General Jeff Page and his organization Issues and Solutions, installed with volunteer labor from local residents by the street-art crew Winston Death Squad. It shows a map of Skid Row's legally recognized boundaries beside a mock official sign reading Skid Row City Limit, Population Too Many, created in response to commercial rebranding of the neighborhood and referencing the boundaries set by the 2006 court decision Jones v. City of Los Angeles. LA Weekly named it the city's best new street mural of 2014. The original mural was demolished in 2023 when its building was torn down for new construction, and a replica was unveiled on the replacement building in June 2024.
