The Last Moments of Michel Lepeletier, also known as the Death of Lepeletier de Saint-Fargeau, was a painting made in 1793 by the French Neoclassical painter Jacques-Louis David, now lost. It showed the deputy Louis-Michel Lepeletier de Saint-Fargeau on his deathbed after being assassinated for voting to execute King Louis XVI during the French Revolution, and was created as one of a group of paintings memorializing Revolutionary martyrs alongside David's Death of Marat and Death of Young Bara. After David's death the painting passed to Lepeletier's daughter, Louise Suzanne de Mortefontaine, who is thought to have destroyed it to erase her father's revolutionary legacy; it survives only through an engraving by Tardieu and a drawing by Anatole Devosge.
