An oil-on-canvas painting by the Impressionist Claude Monet, painted in 1867 and now held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York (accession 51.30.4). It shows sailboats racing off the Normandy resort of Sainte-Adresse. The painting is generally regarded as a companion piece to Monet's The Beach at Sainte-Adresse, now in the Art Institute of Chicago: the two canvases share identical dimensions and depict viewpoints only a few yards apart.
