Hans Klocker was a late Gothic sculptor active in South Tyrol, whose working years the Metropolitan Museum of Art gives as 1474 to 1502 and whom it calls Austrian. The museum holds his statuette Saint George and the Dragon, made about 1475 in wood with polychromy and gilding and described as Austrian or South German, a bequest of Kurt John Winter in 1979. The atlas records him as the named sculptor of that carved saint, one of the sacred images in the divinity atlas that points to this entry for its maker.
