An Anglo-Saxon iron and tinned-bronze ceremonial helmet, buried as part of a ship burial at Sutton Hoo in England in the early seventh century and excavated in 1939. Decorated with animal and warrior motifs, it is among the most important surviving objects of early Anglo-Saxon metalwork and is held at the British Museum.
